Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usme jeera daalein. Jab jeera brown ho jaye, pyaaz, lehsun, aur hari mirch daalein aur halka sa brown hone tak pakayein.
Tamatar aur adrak ko kadhai mein daalein aur thoda sa namak daalkar pakayein, jab tak tamatar aur adrak soft ho jayein.
Masale daalein: Lal mirch powder, haldi powder, aur dhaniya powder ko kadhai mein daalein aur sabziyan mix karein.
Machhli daalein: Ab tukde ki hui machhli ko kadhai mein dalein aur acche se masalon ke saath mix karein. Thoda sa namak aur kothmir daalkar acche se mix karein.
Pani daalein: Kadhai mein 1 cup pani daalein aur dhimi aanch par 10-15 minutes tak pakayein, jab tak ki machhli pak jayein aur curry garha ho jaye.
Garnish karein: Taiyar Fish Curry ko kothmir se sajayein aur garama garam chawal ke saath serve karein.
