  • 2.5 cups thanda paani (cold water) ya doodh (milk)
  • 2-3 bade chamach cheeni (sugar), swaad anusaar (agar zaroorat ho)
  • 1/4 chammach elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
  • Kuch kesar ke dhaage (saffron strands) (optional)
  • 2 bade chamach kate hue badam aur pista (chopped almonds and pistachios) (garnish ke liye)

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Ek bade bowl mein Aam Ras Powder daalein.
  2. Ab ismein thoda-thoda thanda paani ya doodh daalte hue acche se mix karein, taaki koi lumps na banein aur ek smooth paste ban jaye.
  3. Jab paste smooth ho jaye, toh baaki bacha hua paani ya doodh daal dein aur acche se mix karein jab tak ki pura powder ghul na jaye.
  4. Is stage par, agar aapko zaroorat mehsoos ho, toh cheeni daal kar acche se ghulne tak mix karein.
  5. Ab ismein elaichi powder aur kesar ke dhaage (agar istemal kar rahe hain) daal kar mix karein.
  6. Aam Ras ko ek ghante ke liye fridge mein thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
  7. Thanda hone ke baad, kate hue badam aur pista se garnish karke serve karein. Ise puri, roti ya aise hi thande drink ki tarah enjoy karein.
