Palak Dosa

Ek mixer grinder mein palak, dahi, hari mirch, adrak-lassan ka paste, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, jeera, aur thoda-sa pani daal kar smooth paste bana lein.
Ek mixing bowl mein palak paste, chawal ka atta, besan, suji, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
Pani daal kar ek smooth batter bana lein. Batter ki consistency dosa banane ke liye honi chahiye.
Batter ko 15-20 minutes ke liye rest karne ke liye rakh dein.
Gas par tawa preheat karein aur us par thoda tel garam karein.
Tawa garam hone par, ek ladleful batter ko tawa par daalein aur circular motion mein spread karein, jisse dosa shape ban jaye.
Dosa ko halka brown hone tak cook karein aur fir use oil se grease karein.
Dosa ko dono taraf se pakayein jab tak crispy aur golden brown na ho jayein.
Palak dosa taiyar hai! Ise hari chutney ya sambar ke saath serve karein aur swadisht nashta ka maza uthayein.
