Ingredients

  • 8 bread slices (brown ya white)
  • 200g paneer, kaddukas kiya hua
  • 1 cup palak (spinach), barik kati hui
  • 1 chota pyaaz (onion), barik kata hua
  • 1 hari mirch (green chili), barik kati hui (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp adrak-lahsun paste (ginger-garlic paste)
  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Namak (salt) swaad anusaar
  • 2 tbsp tel (oil) ya makhan (butter) seknay ke liye
  • 2 tbsp hara dhaniya (fresh coriander), kata hua

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Ek pan mein 1 tbsp tel garam karein. Barik kata pyaaz aur hari mirch daal kar halka gulabi hone tak bhunein.
  2. Adrak-lahsun paste daalein aur ek minute tak bhunein jab tak kacchi smell chali na jaye.
  3. Chopped palak daalein aur uska paani sookhne tak 2-3 minute cook karein.
  4. Ab kaddukas kiya hua paneer, haldi powder, garam masala aur namak daal kar achhe se mix karein. Ek minute aur cook karein aur gas band kar dein. Hara dhaniya se garnish karein.
  5. Bread slices par taiyaar ki hui palak paneer filling spread karein. Dusri bread slice se cover karein.
  6. Sandwich ko toaster, tawa ya sandwich maker mein baaki tel/makhan ke saath golden brown aur crispy hone tak sekein.
  7. Garama garam Palak Paneer Sandwich ko diagonally cut karein aur apni pasand ki chutney ya ketchup ke saath serve karein.
