Pav Bhaji banane ki method:
Ek kadhai mein makhan garam karein aur usme chopped piyaz ko golden brown hone tak fry karein.
Adrak-lehsun ka paste add karein aur kacchi smell khatam hone tak pakayein.
Usme chopped tamatar aur shimla mirch add karein aur achhe se soft hone tak pakayein.
Mixed boiled veggies, pav bhaji masala, lal mirch powder aur namak daal ke mash karein jab tak mixture smooth ho jaye.
Thoda paani add karein agar zarurat ho, aur 5-7 minutes tak slow flame pe bhaji ko simmer karein. Finish karne ke liye nimbu ka ras daalein aur thanda hone ke liye side mein rakhein.
Pav Bhaji Paratha banane ki method:
Gehun ke atta aur paani ka use karke soft dough banayein. Dough ko equal portions mein divide karein.
Ek dough ka portion lein, usse halka sa roll karein aur center mein prepared pav bhaji filling daalein.
Edges ko seal karein aur dhyan se roll karke paratha banayein.
Garam tawa pe makhan ya tel dalke paratha ko dono sides se golden brown hone tak sekhein.
Paratha garam-garam achar, dahi ya extra makhan ke saath serve karein.
