Rava Paper Dosa
Rava Paper Dosa ek prasiddh South Indian dish hai, jo semolina (rava) aur chawal ke aate se tayar ki jati hai. Yeh ek crispy aur paper-thin dosa hai, jo duniya bhar mein logon ke dilo-dimag mein rahati hai.

Ek mixing bowl mein rava, chawal ka atta, maida, dahi, adrak-lassan ka paste, hari mirch, hara dhania, jeera, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
Thoda-thoda pani daal kar batter ko achhe se mix karein taki smooth batter taiyar ho jaye. Batter ki consistency paper dosa banane ke liye honi chahiye.
Batter ko 15-20 minutes ke liye rest karne ke liye rakh dein.
Gas par tawa preheat karein aur us par thoda tel garam karein.
Tawa garam hone par, ek ladleful batter ko tawa par daalein aur circular motion mein spread karein, jisse paper dosa ke jaise thin ho jaye.
Dosa ko halka brown hone tak cook karein aur fir use oil se grease karein.
Dosa ko dono taraf se pakayein jab tak crispy aur golden brown na ho jayein.
